Emerging Markets Direct Media Holdings LLC, a publisher of Emerging Market research, news and information, today announced the acquisition of several editorial assets from Internet Securities, Inc. (ISI).
Included in the transaction is the IntelliNews news service, an electronic newswire which covers market moving events in countries in Eastern and Emerging Europe, as well as Asia and the MENA region.
